transparent;">周某与杨某系发小关系。2011年，杨某资金周转困难，向好友周某借款40万元，经催要，杨某还款12.5万元，剩余27.5万元迟迟未还。2019年，周某向法院提起民事诉讼，经法院审理后双方自愿达成协议，杨某共欠周某借款27.5万元，分3期还清。周某也作出让步，自愿放弃多年的利息。然而，杨某并未按期履行还款义务，周某遂于2024年1月向霍山法院申请强制执行。</section></section><section 51);">执行立案后，执行法官向被执行人送达了执行通知书、报告财产令、财产申报表及传票等法律文书。同时，通过网络查控系统冻结了被执行人的名下账户，但账户上仅有1千余元。执行法官传唤双方当事人到法院就如何还款进行商议，商议过程中，杨某耍起了无赖，表示只愿意每个月还500元，分40余年还清。面对被执行人的“拖字诀”，执行法官对其耐心说理，“周某作为你的发小，在困难之际愿意借钱给你且愿意放弃长达十几年的利息，你理应懂得感恩，不应该再伤害朋友情谊，分期还款可以，但是还款金额不宜过低。”但面对法官苦口婆心的劝说，杨某仍以没钱为借口不愿提高还款金额。鉴于杨某态度强硬，执行法官决定对其采取司法拘留15日的强制措施。</section></section><section
