财政紧张！六安舒城等多地回应人才购房补贴兑现难

1px;">另外，有中牟网友在人民网领导留言板上反映，郑州市发布人才首次购房补贴政策，中牟县适用该政策，中牟县于2024年2月21日在“中牟发布”公众号中发布《最好补贴房价50%！郑州人才首次购房补贴新规出炉》文章，再次对人才首次购房补贴政策进行宣贯。本人于2023年11月29日按照要求流程申请中牟县人才首次购房补贴（硕士研究生，5万元补贴），并于2023年12月电话咨询得知申请已通过审核。期间多次电话咨询得知中牟县青年人才购房补贴才发放至2021年9月份，受理窗口工作人员表示发放工作为中牟县财政局负责。青年人才首次购房补贴政策一直在宣贯，吸引本科、硕士、博士毕业生落户郑州并在郑州就业，但是资金一直未发放到位。如果目前一直在发放也可以理解，通过多途径了解到，<strong>从2022年开始就是只发放到2021年9月份申请的一批，到2024年还是只发放到2021年9月。</strong></span></section><section 1px;">中牟县方面3月26日答复称，网友反映的问题经向房产中心、财政局核实，因受经济下行等因素影响我县财政十分困难，目前青年人才首次购房补贴资金已纳入2024年部门预算。财政部门协同相关单位正在积极筹措资金，待资金到位后，将对青年人才首次购房补贴资金分期分批优先拨付。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span 1px;">根据今年2月郑州市住房保障和房地产管理局、郑州市财政局印发的《郑州市人才首次购房补贴发放实施细则》，在郑工作并经省市认定的A、B、C、D类高层次人才（含卓越工程师）首次购房补贴标准：按照购房价格的50%，分别给予不超过300万元、150万元、100万元、50万元购房补贴。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span 1px;">比如3月1日，湖北宜昌发布《关于印发<加快城区人口集聚有关住房支持措施实施细则>的通知》，新引进人才、二孩及以上家庭、职工团购均可享受住房补贴。对2021年6月1日后新引进的B至G类人才，签订劳动合同5年内在宜昌城区（含夷陵区）购买新建商品住房，且本人及配偶在宜昌城区无自有产权住房的（含5年内无产权交易记录），按B至D类人才10万元、E类人才6万元、F类人才5万元、G类人才3万元的标准发放购房补贴。</span></section><p
