16px;">然而，“潮汐车道”的使用必须有几个先决条件。首先，车流量要超过设计通行能力；其次，潮汐现象需十分明显：此外，被借道一侧通行能力不受大的影响；最后，中分带具备开口条件。基于以上几点考虑，最终选取合宁高速K521+480-K525+930近4.5公里路段作为试点路段。春运期间，“潮汐车道”将采取动态开启模式，出入口单向车流量日均超6万将启动。<br style="outline: 0px;">引导往合肥、六安方向小客车避开全椒西枢纽拥堵路段。</strong></span>”据安徽交控集团滁州高速公路管理中心党委委员、副主任郭维东介绍，潮汐车道主要是充分利用现有条件，进行适当改造，借用车道与对向车道进行安全隔离，通过情报板预告、标志牌指引、灯光警示、语音提醒等综合措施进行导改，实现车辆饱和方借用对向车道，以缓解通行压力、提高通行效率。同时出于安全考虑，天气条件恶劣、能见度差和夜间也不予实施。</span></p><section
